A stored pressure dry powder fire extinguisher with pressure gauge and check valve. Mounting bracket included. ABC multipurpose dry powder which is suitable for all fires except metal fires.

This extinguisher is specially designed for car and marine use. Extended operating temperature range minus 30 deg. C to plus 60 deg. C, therefore also suitable for use in low-temperature countries.

Aluminium cylinder - the lightest for its capacity; high corrosion resistance.

Certified according to the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/EC, Marine Equipment Directive MED 96/98/EC and CEN EN3.
Capacity is 1 kg; discharge time 7.8 seconds

Why we rate it GREAT STUFF!

This is more of a generic Great Stuff: happily we have not had any need to use our fire extinguisher but what we can vouch for is that we feel a lot more comfortable knowing that we have one to hand. We chose the 1kg size which is the appropriate capacity for small to medium size vehicles. It is also easier to find a space to fix it in a compact motorhome. For larger motorhomes the 2kg model, or more than one 1kg model, might be needed.
