Instructions:

The value you set here for 'Quantity' determines the number of £1 units that will be deducted from your order cost. So if you want to reduce the total cost of your order by £10, set the quanity to 10, then click the button 'Add to Cart'. You will see an immediate reduction of £10 in the cost of your basket (which can be seen in the panel on the right of the page).

When you have have completed your shopping go to checkout as normal; the discount remains in your cart and the total, which is the amount after this discount, is the amount that will be charged to your card. As with all of the transactions on our website, the payment amount is applied to your card immediately if the payment is authorised.

After you have checked out succesfully, email us immediately at support@campervanstuff.com and tell us which product you could have bought more cheaply elsewhere. Please include:

• An url which leads directly to a page showing the cheaper product and its price, including VAT and delivery charges (copy the url from your browser's address bar when you are viewing the page). The product must be identical and the price offered must be current, genuine and equivalent.
• Remember that we only sell new, unused products in perfect condition and with full warranty and 'equivalent' must match this. Auction sites or private sales are excluded.
• Please give any other information which you think supports the discount which you have taken.

Conditions:

After your order has been placed we will decide whether we can accept the discount which you have applied; if we agree, we will continue to process your order in the usual way, according to our normal terms and conditions.

If we are not able to accept the discount, the whole payment will be voided* immediately and you will be informed that the order has been cancelled.

We are not under any obligation to accept your discounted order but we will do so whenever possible, at our discretion.

campervanstuff.com is not a cut-price vendor and selects its products carefully on the basis of quality and fitness for purpose; at the same time our pricing aims to ensure that we are competitive, as any business must be. We think that you will find that our standard prices are already very favourable but if there are cases where we don't match up then we hope that we will be able to accept your discount.

*Note that card payments which we cancel before midnight on the day of the order are 'voided', which means that they are not processed any further by the card issuer: the issuer releases the payment amount and the transaction will not appear on your card statement, as if it never happened. After midnight the payments are sent for settlement and once that has happened we can only issue a 'refund' which is an instruction to the issuer to credit the amount back to the cardholder; it can then take several days before the issuer credits the refund to the cardholder's account; this is not under our control. Both the payment and the refund will appear on the card statement.

The point of the above paragraph is that if you would like to ensure that a rejected Price Match order is voided on the same day - so that your payment is not tied up for several days until the refund is credited by your card issuer - you should place your order before 6.00pm to ensure that we act upon it the same day. Either way, an order which we reject will not cost you anything.
